HOLE-IN-ONE SPONSORS
Will have visible exposure on ALL SIX Par 3 Holes. If a golfer hits a hole-in-one, the prize will be either $15,000, one of two golf vacations or a deluxe set of irons.

SKILL AWARDS SPONSORS:
For longest drive and closest to the pin. Winners will receive certificates from which they may choose from golf getaways, golf lessons, merchandise or valuable golf art.

BREAKFAST SPONSORS:
$500 SPONSOR FEE (2)

WINNING FOURSOME AWARDS:
For lowest net score and highest net score. Winners will receive trophies and valued merchandise.

TEE and FLAGSTICK SPONSORS:
Will have their name engraved on a distinguished tee box plaque or printed on the greens flag.
Engraved insert will be removed and presented to the sponsor on a permanent wall plaque for future display.
Flags will also be given to each sponsor.

DOOR PRIZE SPONSORS:
Will contribute prizes ($100 minimum cash or 2 prizes with $50 minimum value each, please) to the fund used to obtain door prizes.
Recognition by name on prize table placards will be made, along with verbal recognition by the master of ceremonies.
$100 SPONSOR FEE ("lots" needed)

IN ADDITION,
We are also looking for sponsors willing to contribute golf-related "giveaways" to be included in a goodie bag for each golfer. Suggested items include golf towels, pens, golf balls, tees, hats or visors, divot repair tools, sunscreen, etc. Sponsor should provide enough giveaways for 216 golfers.

Sponsorships available on a first come-first served basis. Sponsor fees will be due by May 28, 2010.
